HeidiSam, what makes you excited about joining us?
SamI’m really excited about helping clinicians better connect with their patients whilst reducing their risks of burnout. Clinicians spend ⅓ of their time on documentation - that’s something Heidi can change and reduce the pressure on healthcare systems.
HeidiWhich one of our values resonates with you most?
SamProbably the value of practicing ownership. Ownership is so important because it forces you to become an expert in what you’re learning and to take accountability. I’ve learned so much through this - from AI configuration to demoing best practices and visual design. Hopefully I’ll get to showcase this soon by running my own pipeline lists and closing SMB deals.
